CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We're customers, too! So we understand that sometimes there's a need to return or cancel that extra fine addition for your collection.
You can cancel your order via the orders section in your account. In the event you need to cancel, please ensure this is done before 4pm BST on weekdays, as your order will be dispatched as normal.
When it comes to returns, all that we ask is that the product is in its original condition, packaging, and hasn't been used. It must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to us, and we can take care of it for you.
When returning your hilt, please ensure it is well packed just in case there is a mishap during carriage, as we would need to charge a 10% fee to replace any product packaging and/or replace a damaged/lost components.
We process refunds for cancellations as and when they come through during weekdays. For returns, we process them within 3 working days once the package reaches us so we can inspect the item.
If you cancel out of hours, your refund will be processed the next day. If you cancel on a weekend, this will be processed the following working day. The balance typically takes 3-5 working days to return to the source, as dictated by our payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel orders our payment gateways deem potentially fraudulent, or are likely to result in a chargeback.
