When it comes to delivery, we look no further than the excellent & comprehensive service provided by Parcel Force. With an average of 3 working days delivery to anywhere in the world, you can expect the fastest dispatch & delivery in the prop world. Shipping is FREE for all UK customers.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 5 working days for spare part orders to be inspected, packed, and shipped.

For hilt runs, please allow 5 to 8 weeks (unless stated otherwise) as each hilt has to be hand finished (2.5-3hrs labour) to our golden standard. 

Please keep in mind all deliveries require a signature for insurance purposes, should your item be damaged. We strongly recommend inspecting the parcel before signing, as Parcel Force may not honour the insurance should any contents be missing or damaged. In the event your parcel is damaged, please contact us immediately.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.

In the event your parcel is sent back to us due to non-payment of customs fees or failure to obtain a signature, we cannot refund shipment costs.
